AI Powered Creative Operations System

To scale creative production without sacrificing strategy, I built a custom AI workflow that automates large portions of the paid social creative process. The system connects our creative briefs, ad performance data, compliance guidelines, and design files into a single workflow that generates ready to design ad concepts in minutes instead of hours.

How It Works

When a brief is submitted, the system automatically:

  • Parses key variables including audience, product, offer, benefits, hooks, and creative style.

  • Analyzes live Meta performance data to identify winning patterns and uncover new testing opportunities.

  • Reviews all messaging against internal compliance guidelines and generates approved copy variations.

  • Creates structured design starter frames directly in Figma using proven ad layouts and creative formats.

  • Organizes and tracks all concepts inside a centralized testing matrix.

The system doesn't just execute the original brief. It also recommends new angles, hooks, and creative opportunities based on current account performance, helping expand testing without additional manual strategy work.

My Role

While the system handles research, organization, compliance checks, performance analysis, and frame generation, I remain the creative decision maker.

I review concepts, select which ideas move forward, direct photography and visual execution, refine layouts, and determine what ultimately gets produced and tested. The AI accelerates production, but creative judgment remains human led.

Impact

  • Reduced time spent on creative setup, organization, and briefing.

  • Automated performance informed creative planning.

  • Generated design ready Figma frameworks instead of starting from a blank canvas.

  • Expanded testing velocity by surfacing new concepts automatically.

  • Created a repeatable system capable of supporting high volume creative production.

The result is a creative operation that can move significantly faster while maintaining strategic rigor, compliance standards, and design quality.
